Only one week until the 7th edition of B’ESTFEST Summer Camp with over 75 artists on 7 stages & arenas including: Nas, Texas, Chase & Status live, The Heavy, Enter Shikari, Nneka, Biohazard, Noisia, Tiamat, Joker, Soilwork, Friction.

Taking place from 5th – 7th of July, on the shores of Pasarea Lake, Tunari village, on the outskirts of Bucharest, the capital city of Romania, B’ESTFEST Summer Camp is the perfect destination to mix a festival holiday with a city break in Dracula country!

The newest addition to the festival is the BMX&MTB competition, which will feature the best local and international riders performing on a challenging dirt track created on the festival site. It’s going to be a spectacular show!

B’ESTFEST Summer Camp is the ideal festival choice for people who like traveling, love crazy parties, look to discover new places and meet new people, but still want to keep some money in their pocket at the end of the summer: there are low cost flights from allover Europe, camping or hotel accommodation is affordable, the beer is around 1 pound/1.35 EUR and a three-day festival pass is just 30 Euros for you and a friend!

Just 10 minutes drive from the airport, B’ESTFEST Summer Camp serves up three days of live performances, crazy parties, extra activities and fun in the sun! The festival includes 2 large stages and one arena covering rock, indie and electronic music with numerous smaller stages, entertainment areas, bars & terraces featuring live shows, DJ sets, unconventional art exhibitions, creative workshops, relaxation spaces, games and hand-made fashion-fairs.  There is also a generous camping space and a large food court, with a variety of food including traditional restaurants, serving the most delicious Romanian dishes ever!

B’ESTFEST‘s main stage is dedicated to pop-rock music, hip-hop, soul, reggae and live drum’n’bass and will feature performances from Nas (US), Texas (UK), Chase & Status live (UK), The Heavy (UK), Enter Shikari (UK) and Nneka (NG/DE) amongst others. The secondary rock-metal stage will be gathering some of the best international, regional and local rock, punk, hardcore and metal acts, the highlights of this year’s edition being Biohazard (US), Tiamat (SE) and Soilwork (SE).

The festival’s main attraction by night is the Dance Arena, which will be pumping funky breaks, electro, house, dubstep and d’n’b beats until the break of dawn, with the main guests being the dutch kings Noisia, UK’s finest Friction and Joker, alongside CA:RO, Heath:Ward and a lot of great regional and local DJ & live acts.

Also not to be missed are the Blazing Vibez stage (reggae, dancehall, dub), the Groove On Stage area (chill-out, house, IDM rhythms) surrounded by the handmade & fashion bazaar, the Silent Discotheque arena (Disco, Disco House, Future Garage, Ghetto Funk, Glitch, Funk), where the party lovers can choose between three channels for their favorite genre, and the new Acoustic-Rock tent, where Romania’s finest alternative & rock acts will present their unplugged set, alongside full electric shows from uprising new talent.

HOW TO GET THERE:
By Plane: There are many airlines flying directly to Bucharest from UK and European destinations including British Airways, Blue Air, Lufthansa, and Wizz Air.

From the airport: As official transport partners of B’ESTFEST Summer Camp, eufest is offering a scheduled service of transfers from Bucharest Otopeni Airport and Bucharest Baneasa Airport.  The journey takes approx 20 mins and prices start from £7 each way.

ACCOMMODATION:
B’ESTFEST has a big camping space designed for the public and kitted out with all the necessary facilities including; toilettes, showers with hot water, terraces and even grocery stores. Music fans who want the full festival experience can purchase a camping voucher from 5th – 7th July for only 5 euros. People who want to spend the night in a hotel/ hostel close to the festival location, will also have available a list of suggestions directly on the festival website. Prices start from 28 Euros a night.

BUSES AND TAXIS:
There will special busses to and form the festival site as well as a dedicated taxi service for people who don’t camp so they can get back to their hotels or the city of Bucharest more easily.
