With an eclectic program of international and Croatian artists and DJ sets, Terraneo Festival is gearing up to be a non-stop party zone of unforgettable summer fun! Taking place from 7th – 9th August, in a disused military facility on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Sibenik, the 3-day music programme will feature over 120 music acts on 3 open-air stages and 2 DJ stages. Get ready to party with The Prodigy, Azealia Banks, Wu-Tang Clan, My Bloody Valentine and many other under endless sunshine beside glistening seas on the beautiful Dalmatian coast.

Closing the festival on main stage will be Grammy Award Wining DJ and producer Dubfire. Being one of the biggest and most respected names in electronic dance music, it is sure to be the perfect festival finale!
Rob Garza from the legendary Thievery Corporation, returns to the festival after enjoying performing last year and will close the second night with a deep house DJ set.
“The performance on Terraneo in Šibenik was one of the high points of last year’s tour. We got a chance to explore the old town, we sailed around the coast. Everyone was delighted and kept saying what a good time we were having, how the food was excellent and the city magical. This is a beautiful part of the world and we like coming back to it” enthuses Rob Garza about his return to Terraneo.
Emiliana Torrini, the musician from Iceland, is best known for her hit song “Jungle Drum” and is a former member of the band GusGus will perform on 7th August on the Terra stage.
On the first day of the festival one of the world’s best known marching bands, Hot 8 Brass Band, from New Orleans, USA, will march through the army barracks of Bribirski knezovi on Wednesday, August 7th and open the Festival in style.
BOAT PARTIES!
Taking advantage of its seaside location,Terraneo announce the first-ever Boat Parties which will take place in the afternoons of 7 and 8 August. The first Terraneo Boat Party will feature the deep summer sounds of Rob Garza (Thievery Corporation) and friends, as the boat sails from Terraneo Beach through the picturesque Šibenik channel and around the sunny Adriatic coast.
“I’m really excited to be DJ-ing the very first Terraneo Boat Party, and can’t wait to drop some of the fresh tunes and re-mixes I’ve been working on. I can guarantee that many of these will never have been heard before, and that this will be a great introduction to my full DJ set on the main stage later the same night.”
Garza also promised that his “friends” on the boat “will include some surprises, including some cool DJs from the region, and maybe even an international friend or two!”

The second Terraneo Boat Party, on the afternoon of 9 August, will feature the the domestic forces of Oli Dobolli, DJ Raid, Black Light and MC Tone Tuoro.
RED BULL MUSIC ACADEMY STAGE
Terraneo is continuing its cooperation with the Red Bull Music Academy, which this year celebrates its 15th anniversary. TERRANEO BEACH:
Terraneo beach is located at the covert Minerska army base and is the perfect daytime spot for swimming, hanging out and relaxing. As part of Terraneo beach, there will be various gastronomic locations, the Terraneo Eco program, various workshops, and for the duration of the festival from August 6th until August 10th, daily musical programs that start at 10am and last until 8pm. One of the biggest advantages of the beach is the pine forest, which will, thanks to a thick shade, be the perfect solution for summer heat and an ideal place for relaxation during the day as well as the perfect preparation for evening gigs.
The beach is located only 4 kilometres away from the festival location and camp and about 6 kilometres from Šibenik. The city has recently constructed a coastline boardwalk, which was financed by the EU, which goes from the festival location to Terraneo beach with a striking view of the entire Šibenik bay. For those who don’t feel like walking, buses will be available every half hour. Besides the buses, visitors will also be able to use taxis and taxi boats at very affordable prices.

ACCOMMODATION & CAMPING:
There is the option of camping, or staying in a hostel or hotel.
The camp for visitors is located within the festival site, with a capacity for 3,500 people. Camp opens the day before the official start of the festival, on Tuesday, August 6th at 10am and closes on Saturday, August 10th at 4pm. Festival camp tickets can be bought for 30 euros (taxes included). The camp ticket price remains the same until the beginning of the Festival. By Air
Nearby airports are located in Split or Zadar: Zadar Airport (distance 70 km), Split Airport (distance 90 km). Other airports are Zagreb and Dubrovnik.
By Train
The most environmentally friendly way to travel is the good old train. Train travel has always been a special experience and amazingly enough, Croatia has trains too. By Sea
Another wonderful thing about Terraneo is that it can also be reached by boat, yacht, canoe or even through your own swimming abilities. Šibenik Harbour is connected to all the neighbouring islands and towns by regular daily passenger ship and ferry lines: Vodice, Prvic, Kaprije, Žirje and Zlarin. Zadar harbour has regular daily ferry lines to Italy (Ancona), and our coastal towns and islands: Ugljan, Biograd, Pašman, Dugi otok and Iž.
Split harbour has regular daily ferry lines to Italy (Ancona), and our coastal towns and islands: Split, Šolta, Brac. Hvar, Vis, Drvenik and Vela Luka. Split and Zadar harbours also run passenger lines: Rijeka-Zadar-Split-Korcula-Bari (IT).
