In honour of the anniversary, Positivus Festival tickets will be available for a special price for 10 days only - starting from September 21st.
In its first decade, Positivus Festival has become the biggest open-air pop-music and art festival in the Baltic. With a visitor range of 30000 people annually, almost a third of its visitors arrive from abroad - Estonia, Lithuania, United Kingdom, Germany, Finland, The Netherlands and other countries.

Positivus Festival organiser Ģirts Majors: “A 10 year anniversary has arrived sooner than we could have imagined - we would like to organise this festival as a spectacular musical celebration for the festival’s most loyal visitors. Dave Clarke Presents Returns to the Melkweg
Perc & Truss, Marcel Fengler, Octave One live, The Hacker and many more for Dave Clarke Presents at The Melkweg
It seemed like a sheer impossible task for Dave Clarke to top the ten year anniversary of his ‘Dave Clarke Presents’-night, last year during Amsterdam Dance Event at the Melkweg. Nothing could be further from the truth, seeing how Clarke presents a line-up that consists of the likes of Perc & Truss, Marcel Fengler and Gary Beck among others. The Baron of Techno dishes out a night that will have the mouths watering of anyone with a knack for innovative techno. And just like the years before, the Melkweg prides itself for having the honor of announcing the first proper night at ADE.
If Dave Clarke can be considered the Baron of Techno, then Perc & Truss must be two Dukes. The British techno duo have a longstanding reputation with Perc (real name: Ali Wells) as head of the renowned PercTrax label and a respectful discography of his own with releases on Kompakt and Ovum. Truss (real name: Tom Russell) on the other hand is known for his unrelentless type of techno as well as his acid-project MPIA3. Together, the two have been performing at festivals such as Soenda and Awakenings where they flattened the fields with their industrial-inspired techno.
Clarke gives techno lovers more reasons to rejoice: Berghain resident Marcel Fengler will be present, just like techno mainstay Gary Beck and the lengendary Detroit duo Octave One who’ve been around since the early nineties with releases on Derrick May’s Transmat Records. Octave One will be doing a live-set with a whole arsenal of drum computers, synthesizers and controllers. Also from the Motor City: DJ Bone, the man who lives and breathes Detroit Techno and shuns any kind of hype. Back from a long hiatus: Frenchman The Hacker. As a founding father of the electroclash scene in the early 21st century, mister Michel Amato has been out of the picture for quite some years, but his new album Love/Kraft is a true return to form.
No Dave Clarke Presents night is complete without a Dutch delegacy. For that, Clarke asked the top class of Dutch techno with the likes of former Trouw residents Sandrien and Tsepo, as well as one of the most familiar faces of Dave Clarke Presents: Estroe. And as almost always Clarke’s studio buddy Mr. Jones, who has released his debut solo album to critical acclaim on The Public Stand a few months back, is also present.
The complete line-up:
Dave Clarke / Perc & Truss / Marcel Fengler / Gary Beck / Live: Octave One / The Hacker / Dj Bone / Sandrien / Estroe / Mr. Jones / Tsepo
