Musings from our 5 days in Amsterdam…
1. Dave Clarke and Nick DC from Mixmag know a lot about Whisky and History.
2. Some Industry people like to brag that they didn’t pay for their pass and were able to do all their meetings on the street. Personally I wouldn’t want to do business with someone who can’t afford to pay £250 for an early bird pass. Embarrassing and not very professional.
3. Some American industry professionals need to learn to art of conversation in meetings. As Nick Halkes brillaintly puts it. “It’s like having a game of tennis with someone who only wants to serve”
4. Every year there is so much to see, hear and learn. It’s amazing how the electronic music industry is constantly evolving and we are proud to be part of it.
