RICHIE HAWTIN returns to Space Ibiza this Thursday night for Season Three of his award-winning event concept ENTER. Ahead of the season launch, ENTER. announces a new weekly live stream experience on the all-new ENTER.AV audio-visual channel as well as the release of ENTER.IBIZA 2014, a 4-CD collection featuring mixes from MATADOR, APOLLONIA, MATTHEW HAWTIN and BELLA SARRIS.

Beginning this week, ENTER.AV will stream all 14 editions of ENTER. live from Space Ibiza every Thursday from 9pm CET. In a move on from the traditional live stream format, the entire live stream will be curated by Richie Hawtin and the ENTER.AV team, creating a unique viewing experience for audiences around the world. Moving from room to room to showcase a broad selection of acts performing, the experience will be akin to an night at the club itself, allowing viewers to explore and discover highlights from each and every room at ENTER. As well as tuning in to the curated stream at ENTERexperience.com viewers can also watch via streaming partners Beatport Live and Setstream. Launched in 2010, Beatport Live is a weekly webcast series featuring exclusive DJ performances from festivals, parties, and within the offices of Beatport worldwide. Setstream brings new ways to visualize the club experience. Multi-camera, multi-screen, capturing more of the live event than you’ve ever seen before.
Richie Hawtin states: “We’re excited to introduce ENTER.AV fully this summer as we stream a curated live stream from every minute and every week of ENTER. Season Three. After feeling the warmth from people on every corner of the planet from last year’s streams, we wanted to give an even closer insight into what happens inside Space Ibiza when we take over every Thursday. MINUS’ own MATADOR brings on a high octane mix of today’s finest forward-thinking techno to ENTER.Main. Then, moving from the deeper, darker sounds of ENTER.Main to the warm, hypnotic techno of ENTER.Mind, revered electronic and visual artist MATTHEW HAWTIN expertly brings the ENTER.IBIZA 2014 experience to its exhilarating close.
ENTER.CNTRL. Introducing the interactive technology area atENTER. Featuring an interactive musical installation developed by DJ Techtools and supported by Red Bull Music Academy
ENTER.CNTRL will transform the party experience on Space’s open-air roof terrace, by placing the music directly in hands of partygoers from around the world. This large circular instrument contains six unique slices, each allowing anyone to take over and manipulate one aspect of the mix. The area will also feature a section to test the Subpac – a tactile sound device that adds onto your normal headphone or speaker listening experience of music, adding lower frequencies to the music and reconnecting you to a full spectrum sound experience, which neatly ties into the ENTER. ethos of MUSIC & EXPERIENCE. The CNTRL surface is designed by Ean Golden of DJ TechTools fame, who are the worlds leading experts on DJ technology and music hardware and the area is supported by Red Bull Music Academy.
Ean Golden, DJ Tech-Tools, states: “This year we asked the question: what would happen if you replaced the DJ with an interactive music experience that allows anyone to step up and CNTRL every instrument in the mix? After four months of design, experiments and development – the results are amazing. Six strangers get to interact with an evolving ‘DJ Mix’ containing tracks from MINUS and ENTER. artists, which enable them to play a musical role in how the night will sound. It’s my hope that this will inspire people to play music, and connect party goers in a more meaningful way through music.”
