TGF Double Whammy

The Garden Festival and Electric Elephant in Croatia will join forces once again this year for ‘The Double Whammy’ – a full 14 days and nights of sun-kissed festival fun in the stunning and idyllic coastal environment of Tisno.

Taking place from 3 – 17 July, the celebrations with begin with performances from world-class acts including Soul Clap, Eats Everything, Theo Parrish, Bicep, Tim Sweeney, Luke Vibert and Maurice Fulton at The Garden Festival, followed by yet more of the most respected names in electronic music, including Carl Craig, Frankie Knuckles, Danny Krivit, Prosumer, Ewan Pearson, Michael Mayer & Tobias Thomas at Electric Elephant.

This year, The Garden Festival’s Argonaughty Boat Parties have sold out in record time, but all is not lost as we can now reveal a special new boat party on Wednesday 10th July with Berlin’s Wilde Renate crew. Plus, for the very first time, a secret island daytime party will take place at the festival too! Guests include Permanent Vacation, Joakim, Peak & Swift and Samanta Fox, plus a few surprises too. Check HERE for more info. Tickets will sell super-fast for this special day, so be quick!

On Wednesday 10th July The Garden Festival will hand over the reigns to Electric Elephant with a true house music icon: Danny Krivit. The Body and Soul master is taking over Barbarellas, bringing over 4 decades of peerless experience to Croatia. We can also reveal that Carl Craig will make his Electric Elephant debut at Barbarellas on Monday 15th July, closing the festival with a thrilling climax in the breath-taking open air club. The party continues until the 17th July with beach parties to entertain those on site until midweek after Electric Elephant has finished.

Both festivals take place at The Garden Tisno, set in a gently hilly area which overlooks a beautiful bay below, complete with sandy beach and crystal clear waters, with onsite accommodation available including luxury Shikar tents, new Podpads and apartments. Tisno itself – split between the mainland and the island of Murter, joined by a 20m rising bridge – is just a ten-minute walk away, a charming picture-perfect town with a host of restaurants, cafes, apartments and hotels. It’s situated pretty much right between Zadar and Split airports, with lots of flights from Europe to each, and continues to attract a global crowd of sun-seekers and music lovers to what is widely considered one of Europe’s best boutique festivals, nestled on a tiny stretch of Croatia’s beautiful coastline. Ryanair, easyJet, Wizz Air and Jet2 all fly to Croatia from a variety of UK airports to Croatian cities. Also don’t forget Croatia enters the EU from July 1st, the start of a new odyssey for both festivals and the country itself, making this an even better opportunity to explore this beautiful country.

The Double Whammy pass with Electric Elephant and The Garden Festival costs €180. Visit www.thegardenfestival.eu to buy tickets.
