It was great to hang out in the sun at the International Music Summit in Ibiza, but what did we learn?
1) Music Industry professionals love the sun – networking in the sun is a good combination, but we don’t want to see exposed beer bellies around the pool.
2) Ibiza is a foodie heaven – especially if you got off the beaten track
3) It’s not as hot as you think – It can be chilly in the shade and at night so don’t forget your jacket and long trousers
4) Americans kick ass at public speaking – Our friends across the pond are much better public speakers than us Brits. They have more confidence and conviction in what they are saying, so we have some work to do get our point across in the future. Let’s show them what we’re made of.
5) Always go to the toilet before hitting the party – the toilet queue at the Dalt Vila party can get very long – go before you get there or you’ll be queuing all night and miss all the fun!
