KaZantip Republic returns to the beautiful Crimean Black Sea coast from 31st July – 15th August 2012 for it’s 20th year of celebrations! Formed 20 years ago, Kazantip is not a spontaneous gathering of youth subcultures, not a get-together of anarchists or a festival for clubbers. Kazantip is a stable democracy with it’s own Constitution that guarantees rights and freedoms to every citizen.
Best described as the wildest, liveliest and most unusual electronic music event you could ever imagine, the KaZantip Republic exists in a parallel reality according to it’s own PreZident’s ideas. It’s a place where people never grow old and the sun shines all year round. This small land of the rising fun is home to adventurous, bronzed fun-seekers unwilling to wave goodbye to their childhood. Despite its smallness, Kazantip Republic boatst about 6 dance floors, 30 bars and restaurants, 2 open air cinema halls, 3 kitesurfing stations and various weird architectural structures. All of this is fitted with light and sound and, when the night comes down, it looks pretty much like an extraterrestrial space base.
Each and every year hundreds of world-class electronic music artists descend upon the KaZantip Republic. DJs such as Sven Vath, Dubfire, Timo Maas, M.A.N.D.Y., Seth Troxler, dOP, Paul van Dyk, Armin van Buuren, LTJ Bukem, Oliver Huntemann, Ricardo Villalobos, James Zabiela, Stanton Warriors, Robert Babicz, Guy Gerber and Rhadoo have all performed in previous years. The names of the guests for 2012 have not yet been announced, but we know that The Government of the Republic is preparing a lot of surprises for its citizens, each intended to make one’s stay more comfortable, more positive and absolutely unforgettable.

Plastic multiple entry visa, granted for a month-long period, allows multiple entries into the Republic – €160
Single entry visa, or transit visa, or tourist visa, valid for one and only visit and cancelled as soon as the visitor leaves the territory of the Republic. – €60
