WECANDANCE announces their 2016 Experience Dome partners.

Taking place from 13-14 August 2016, on the sun-kissed golden sands of Zeebrugge Beach in Belgium, WECANDANCE fuses together the very best in music, food, art and fashion for a one-of-a-kind festival experience. Every year, WECANDANCE teams up with an array of partners to ensure festivalgoers are fully submerged into the festival atmosphere. It is more than music, fashion, food and art…WECANDANCE offers the opportunity to discover new horizons. Inspired by this year’s festival theme of Space, the WECANDANCE partners will welcome you with open arms at the Experience Dome where you can discover their Space-inspired creations.

MAC COSMETICS
M·A·C Cosmetics celebrates the beauty in everyone, “All Ages, All Races, All Sexes”. They offer an extraordinary collection of make-up products loved and championed by professional makeup artists around the world. Celebrating the individuality in all of us, M·A·C has built a community of makeup artists, models, photographers and journalists who have helped grow the brand through word-of-mouth buzz. These influencers create trends through collaborations for seasonal runway collections, while cultivating new generations of makeup artists through trainings. BERNARD GAVILAN
Bernard Gavilan, sometimes more known as “the CHRISTIAN MAN”, has put his mark on fashion in Brussels. What he does, is not to be described in one word. He is a visionary, recycler of images and tendencies, and destroyer of generally accepted ideas. DJ and singer as well, Bernard Gavilan is also passionate about music. Although Bernard won’t be singing on the space beach of WECANDANCE, he will brint his own vintage fashion shop. Come and visit this vintage collection selected by a Belgian fashion legend.

CURIOSITHEE
During her studies as herbalist, Ann Vansteenkiste developed a grand love for tea. Now, Ann travels to the furthest lands of China every year to go find tea of the highest quality and bio-dynamically cultivated without pesticides nor herbicides. An industry expert, she has already written two books and declared herself first Tea Sommelier in the Benelux. For WECANDANCE, Ann developed two kinds of tea: Into Space and Back to Earth. The former is a feminine tea based on red berries, finished with jasmine pearls and rose petals, the latter a green tea with lime and ice cold mint. Both teas can be enjoyed cold during a sunny day on the beach, or hot to warm up for that last set at #WCD16.

FLORENCE TEERLINCK
Florence Teerlinck is a young, passionate make-up artist working and living between London and Belgium. Thanks to her traineeships with leading and renowned make-up artists in London, she has already assisted Lisa Butler, Inge Grognard, Isamaya Ffrench, Lynsey Alexander and many more for various shows and major fashion shoots.
Florence is known to bring a refreshing energy to her work and to the people she works with. She has a fun and quirky style and is not afraid to try new techniques. She likes to think outside of the box, which is perfect for #WCD16. She’ll transform you into a beauty space trooper in August.

HET MOMENT
Valentine Wanders is the face behind “Het Moment”, a new concept launching at the end of 2016. Valentine developed her passion for coffee through a perfectly prepared espresso in London eight years ago, after which she discovered the diversity of this hot drink. At Het Moment (The Moment) you can experience five ways to taste and enjoy coffee: “Your Daily Dose of Caffeine Poison”, a coffee capsule; “Discovery Drink”, a coffee soda; “Cold Coffee”, a cold filter coffee to cool down; “Fumoccino”, to smoke coffee in a vaporizer; and last but not least, “Astronaut Coffee” aka “Coffee Buzz”, to keep you going during the #WCD space odyssey. You’ll have all the energy you need!

JIGGER’S
Jigger’s opened its doors in Ghent about four years ago and has become a reference in the national and international cocktail scene. The innovative team never fail to give their guests an unforgettable flavour experience with a focus on respect for the environment and society. At #WCD16, they’ll be serving two different celestial cocktails, the first of which is Mad Love, an alcoholic spritz made with 100% homemade ingredients. Secondly, they’ll introduce local flavours with the Elderflower Power. This long drink will be created with mostly Belgian products. If you’re curious, don’t hesitate to come by at WECANDANCE!

JOOST ARIJS
After his studies in Bruges, Joost Arijs made his way to three-star restaurant Hof van Cleve before deciding to go it alone. Perfection and innovation are the two key words he carries close to his heart. He loves pure ingredients, fine flavours and textures that tingle all senses. For WECANDANCE, Joost has created some delicious planetary pralines and a delicious raspberry macaron – some indulgent treats for #WCD16!

REDKEN
Rooted in New York in 1960, Redken is a brand full of energy, innovation and high-end inspiration. They like to challenge the status quo and take product development and customer experience to the next level. Their mission: captivate consumers through inspiration, fashion and innovation. They’ll be doing just that at WECANDANCE. Inspired by this year’s festival theme ‘Space’, Redken will make sure your look will hold strong, with their gravity-defying festival looks.
