The dates are set for Mysteryland 2017. On August 26th and 27th, the 23rd edition of the world’s oldest and most beautiful dance music festival will take place on the picturesque Floriade terrain in Haarlemmermeer near Amsterdam. The camping grounds will be open from August 25 through 28. AMSTERDAM DANCE EVENT EXPECTS RECORD BREAKING EDITION
The Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) announces the complete program for the upcoming edition, which will take place from October 19th – 23rd 2016. With well over 2.200 artists, 450 conference speakers and a record breaking 140 participating venues, Amsterdam Dance Event is the world’s biggest dance music club festival and leading business platform for the electronic music industry. For the 2016 edition, the 21st since ADE’s inception in 1996, the organization expects to welcome the record number of 375.000 visitors.
Resident Advisor and De School to host charity 5-a-side football tournament at ADE 2016
The first edition of The RA Cup will go down on Thursday, October 20th at the Amsterdam club's gymnasium, AKA Het Gymlokaal. Eight teams will compete for the trophy, with RA, De School, Dekmantel, Rush Hour, Numbers (whose team includes Jackmaster), 10,000 Hours and The All Stars (with Dixon among the players confirmed). 100% of the money raised will go to Help Refugees, a grassroots organisation set up to help the most vulnerable people reaching Europe's shores by supporting local groups, charities and volunteers at the front lines. Unconstrained by red tape, politics and bureaucracy, they act fast to effect immediate change and work in places that governments and NGOs can't.
Year two of Morocco's Oasis Festival welcomes record number of visitors
Oasis festival continues to make its mark on the global dance music scene. The second edition of Morocco’s premier electronic music festival took place from 16-18 September, welcoming a record-breaking number of visitors to The Source music resort in Marrakech, along with world-class acts including Dixon, Jeff Mills, Derrick May, Maya Jane Coles, Tale of Us, Booka Shade, The Black Madonna, Job Jobse, MCDE and Amine K.
